Front Desk Associate.

Seeking Part-Time Front Desk Associate to cover the following shifts: Part Time, EVERY Friday and Saturday overnight, Third Shift, 11:30pm-7:30am.

Weekends and holidays are required. Opportunities for more shifts may be available.

Must already live in area as seasonal traffic delays travel time.

Background check required.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable part time Front Desk Associate in a luxury hi-rise building. The ideal candidate will value all residents and guests and be committed to providing information and resources to have a meaningful visit. This is a key employee providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet all guests in a standing upright position as they enter the building maintaining the highest quality of customer service.
  • Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of guests and vendors.
  • Utilize proper phone etiquette for all incoming and outgoing phone calls made to residents.
  • Maintain key control system and assure that all keys are locked and accounted for at all times.
  • Track packages according to protocol.
  • Report maintenance items to management.
  • Walking the entire property regularly throughout shift for observation is a must.
  • Call the police or fire department in cases of emergency, such as fire or the presence of unauthorized persons.

Working Conditions:
The working environment will be primarily indoors at a desk. Walking inside the entire property regularly throughout the shift is required via elevator and/or stairs. Lifting packages for property documentation and placement is required. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push and pull items weighing up to 30 pounds. The position required manual dexterity; auditory and/or visual emergency alarms. Noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.

Required Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
  • Must be familiar with using computer software to perform various tasks, and must demonstrate organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication skills.
  • Previous work experience in property management is highly desired.
