People Source OKC is Hiring – Front Desk Associate Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Pay: $16.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Rotating Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Job Type: Temp-to-HirePosition OverviewPeople Source OKC is hiring a Front Desk Associate for a family-owned company specializing in semi-truck parts, accessories, and installations.This position serves as the first point of contact for customers visiting the business and provides support to the sales team. We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, dependable, and managing a busy front desk.Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain coverage of the front desk throughout the workday
• Assist customers with products and general questions
• Inform customers about current discounts and specials
• Provide information regarding available financing options
• Direct customers to the appropriate department or team member
• Answer and direct overflow phone calls using professional phone etiquette
• Scan merchandise and collect customer payments
• Verify that product pricing is accurate
• Ensure adequate change is available in the cash drawer
• Provide general support to customers and employees
• Assist with stocking smaller merchandise and products when needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
• Complete additional duties and assignments requested by management

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service, front desk, or receptionist experience preferred
• Friendly and professional personality
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional phone etiquette
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and problem-solve
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are required
• Must be available to work rotating Saturdays
