Looking for a flexible opportunity? Join our team as an On-Call Front Desk Associateand provide outstanding customer service while creating a welcoming experience for guests. This on-call position offers flexible hours based on the Museum's operational needs, with no guaranteed number of hours. The Museum is open seven days a week, and shifts are typically scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Candidates should be available to cover shifts on short notice, including same-day requests.
The Front Desk Associate supports the mission of The Museum of Flight through a variety of customer focused tasks such as greet and direct visitors, answer and triage phone calls, and assists in maintaining the reception and related areas of the Museum’s Main Campus. It is paramount this person represents The Museum of Flight, its Values, Vision, and Mission, with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.

The hourly pay range for this position is $22.04 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience.
