Front Desk Agent – Fairfield Inn & Suites Parsippany by Marriott


Fairfield Inn & Suites Parsippany by Marriott is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure smooth front desk operations, and create a welcoming experience for all guests.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and hospitality
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and assist with reservations
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
  • Follow Marriott brand standards and hotel policies
Qualifications:


  • Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
  • Experience with hotel PMS systems is a plus
