Fairfield Inn & Suites Parsippany by Marriott is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure smooth front desk operations, and create a welcoming experience for all guests.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and hospitality
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and assist with reservations
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Address guest concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Follow Marriott brand standards and hotel policies
Qualifications:
Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
Experience with hotel PMS systems is a plus
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Professional appearance and customer-focused personality
