Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Sales Associate to join our team! As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their shopping needs and ensure an excellent shopping experience. Responsibilities will include working the register,  answering the phone, processing measurements using spreadsheets, Updating inventory records, and maintaining the store’s appearance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and knowledge of Quick books invoicing.  

Responsibilities 
  • Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping
  • Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.
  • Work at a register to ring up and carry out customer sales.
  • Collect payments by cash and credit card
  • Issue receipts and refunds to customers
    • Take added responsibility for customer follow up, providing quotes and order updates.
  • Drive sales by participating in information gathering and customer service.
  • Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
  • Quickbooks invoicing, Spreadsheet and Monday.com experience a plus,
  • Willingness to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to quickly and accurately work a register
  • Saturdays Required.
