Job Overview

We are hiring a Front Desk Associate who thrives in a sales-driven, guest-focused environment.

This is not a receptionist role. This is a revenue-generating position responsible for converting leads, maximizing bookings, and selling memberships.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests and manage check-in and checkout
• Follow up with new leads quickly and confidently
• Convert inquiries into booked visits
• Keep beds filled and schedules optimized
• Sell memberships and retail
• Handle guest concerns professionally

Compensation includes hourly base pay plus performance incentives. High performers can earn significantly more.
