Role Description The Front Desk Associate is a part-time, on-site role based in Sanford, FL. This team member welcomes guests, checks riders in for classes, answers phone calls, responds to inquiries, and supports a smooth studio experience. Daily responsibilities include managing class reservations, processing payments, assisting with memberships and packages, and providing information about class formats and studio policies. The Front Desk Associate helps maintain a clean, organized lobby area, prepares rider materials, and collaborates with instructors and studio leadership to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This role may also support light retail duties, such as handling apparel sales and restocking front-of-house items.\n
