Position Overview


 We are looking for a Front Desk Associate to manage the day-to-day customer experience at our indoor tennis facility. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

•  Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner 
•  Manage court bookings, check-ins, and program registrations 
•  Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries 
•  Process payments and handle basic administrative tasks 
•  Coordinate with coaches and staff to ensure smooth scheduling 
•  Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area 
•  Assist with basic operational tasks as needed

Qualifications

•  Strong customer service and communication skills 
•  Organized and detail-oriented 
•  Comfortable multitasking 
•  Reliable and punctual 

Schedule & Availability

• Looking for a full-time or part-time job (hours of operation are 7am-11pm Monday to Friday)
• Flexible schedule depending on your availability
•  Indoor season focus (October – April), with potential to continue year-round
