Title: Front Desk Associate
Compensation: $23-$25 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time
Available Shifts:
  • Monday & Wednesday: 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday & Thursday: 6:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
  • Friday: 6:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

We are seeking a Front Desk Associate who will be responsible for delivering welcoming and professional client experience while supporting daily front office operations. This role focuses on accurate client check-ins, scheduling, and administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the facility.  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. What You’ll Do:
  • Greet clients and provide a positive, high-energy first impression 
  • Accurately check clients in and track attendance in the system 
  • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist with scheduling 
  • Support billing processes, including collecting payments and flagging discrepancies 
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and common areas 
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks (data entry, packet prep, etc.) 
  • Support social media updates or light administrative marketing tasks as assigned
  • Communicate effectively with coaches and management regarding client attendance or issues
  • Identify issues and communicate them promptly 
  • Follow established processes and support operational consistency 
  • Provide general administrative support and special projects as needed

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
  • A strong attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service
  • Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
  • Comfort using technology and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems
  • The ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with residents, families, visitors, and team members
  • Previous customer service, receptionist, or front desk experience is preferred
  • CPR certification is preferred; candidates who are not currently certified must obtain certification within 90 days of employment
