Summary:

Operates the front desk and provides quality service to the members and guests of the Wellness Center

Minimum Qualifications:

1.Formal Education Required:

• Minimum of high school education, with some undergraduate education desirable

2.Experience & Training Required:

• Proven experience in customer service
• CPR and AED certification within 90 days of hire

3.Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications:

• Basic to intermediate computer skills
• High level of interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain professional appearance and manner
• Positive attitude
• Ability to effectively interact with populations of patients/customers with an understanding of their needs for self-respect and dignity

The salary range on this job posting/advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials. Many factors, such as years of relevant experience and geographical location are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.
