The Lake Club, located in Bradenton, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Front Desk Attendant (Concierge)! The Lake Club is seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Concierge to join our team. The Concierge serves as one of the primary points of contact for residents, guests, and vendors, providing exceptional customer service while supporting daily community operations in a luxury residential setting. 
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, technologically proficient, and enjoys building positive relationships with residents while working in a fast-paced environment. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
 
Pay: $19.00 per hour
 
Essential Duties:
  • Greet residents, guests, prospective homeowners, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner. 
  • Serve as a primary information resource for residents regarding community amenities, events, policies, and services. 
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls, emails, and resident inquiries in a timely and professional manner.  
  • Assist residents with amenity reservations, dining reservations, event registrations, and general clubhouse inquiries. 
  • Monitor and manage resident access requests, visitor information, and guest lists utilizing community software systems. 
  • Assist with community communications and special events as assigned. 
  • Maintain concierge work areas, informational displays, brochures, and community materials in a clean and organized manner. 
  • Assist residents with questions, concerns, and service requests while identifying appropriate solutions or directing matters to the appropriate department. 
  • Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure seamless resident service and operational efficiency. 
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding resident, homeowner, and community information. 
  • Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, document preparation, and maintaining accurate records. 
  • Promote a positive and professional image of The Lake Club at all times. 
  • Incorporate safe work practices in all job duties. 
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 
Education/Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED required. Previous customer service, hospitality, administrative, concierge, country club, HOA, or residential community experience preferred. 
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service, hospitality, administrative support, or a related field is preferred. 
Physical Demands:
  • Frequently stands, walks, talks and hears.  Regularly uses hands, reaches with arms and hands.
  • Occasionally sits, stoops, kneels, crouches or crawls.
  • Regularly lifts up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 25 pounds.
Environment/Noise:                           
  • Professional office and clubhouse environment. Noise levels are generally moderate. 
Certificates/Licenses:
  • None Required
Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Preferences:      
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, email, and internet-based software. 
  • Ability to learn and effectively utilize community management and reservation software systems. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. 
  • Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team. 
  • Ability to interact professionally and courteously with residents, guests, vendors, and fellow team members. 
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as operational needs require. 
Ability to read, write, and speak English may be required to perform the duties of this position.
