Answer all incoming calls via multi-line phone system
Provide excellent customer service internally and externally by providing assistance in solving customer issues and concerns in person, over the phone, and through email
Process electronic payments for customers
Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues
Escalate calls to appropriate Managers and/or Supervisors when necessary
Assure completion and security of daily mail opening, date stamping and distribution, receipting and logging via daily Receivables Log
Coordinate delivery of all Courier, FedEx, USPS and other carrier mail
Coordinate online conference room booking management
Responsible for tracking inventory and ordering of office and kitchen supplies
Knowledge of HOA and the services we provide to each community
Be extremely articulate and professional
Update mailboxes as needed
Update Vendor tracking sheet in Teams
GED or HS diploma
Bilingual
