This position involves registering guests, assigning rooms, issuing keys, managing reservations, and maintaining records of occupied rooms and guest accounts.
- Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
- Verify credit and payment methods.
- Make and confirm reservations.
- Issue room keys and keep track of room availability.
- Compute bills, collect payments, and charge guests.
- Record guest feedback and refer issues to management.
- Coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness.
- Handle complaints, disputes, and grievances.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of related experience, and effective communication skills in English. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, able to stand for long periods, lift up to 35 lbs, work flexible hours, and operate phones and computers. A Gaming Registration may be required.
