The Front Desk employee is the welcoming face of the gym, responsible for creating a positive member experience. They must be team-oriented with strong communication skills, upbeat, punctual, and detail-focused. Responsibilities include greeting members, resolving issues, membership sales and retention, selling merchandise, and maintaining a safe, clean environment. They may also handle opening/closing duties and facility upkeep. Requirements include effective communication, multitasking, customer service orientation, and prior sales experience preferred. CPR/AED training is a plus. The environment is inside the gym, with flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Staff must wear designated attire and be well-groomed. This role reports to the General Manager. The mission is to deliver consistent, innovative experiences to help members achieve their fitness goals and promote a healthier community.
