Position Description
The purpose of the Front Desk - Claims Support Representative position is to positively and professionally represent the company through managing incoming phone calls and visitors. Duties include but are not limited to providing excellent clerical and organizational support through managing phone calls, email correspondence and other clerical responsibilities. This role must present a professional and courteous image to internal and external clients. This position will perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Education, Skills / Experience
High school diploma or GED equivalency. Excellent communication and time management skills. Effective organizational skills. Ability to effectively multi-task. Computer data entry experience. Ability to operate basic office equipment. Attentiveness, initiative, and respect for confidentiality and discretion is required. Must also be a team-player and dependable.
Preferred Education, Skills / Experience
Switchboard or professional multi-line phone experience is highly preferred.
Essential Job Functions (To perform in this position, the individual must be able to consistently perform each essential function successfully.)
- Answer and distribute office phone calls promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a calm, courteous and professional demeanor at all times regardless of the caller’s behavior.
- Greet visitors or delivery personnel to the office courteously and direct them to appropriate
individuals. - Perform security access control for ECM by verifying identification and/or appointment times
and by observing and reporting any unusual or suspicious persons or activities. - Adhere to secure access procedures for all visitors
- Retrieve incoming faxes and emails sort appropriately. Effectively manage faxes that do not belong.
- Update daily spreadsheet
- Relieve or assist coworkers during absences, emergency situations, and as workload permits.
- Document Scanning
- Must maintain regular and punctual attendance.
