Now hiring Front Desk Clerk
Location: Erwin, TN
Receptionist? Nah-Director of First Impressions.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and help them have a great stay
- Check guests in and out of the hotel
- Answer phones and answer guest questions
- Make and update room reservations
- Take payments and keep basic records
- Share information about the hotel and local area
- Help solve guest concerns in a kind and helpful way
- Work with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest needs
- Keep the front desk clean and organized
- Follow hotel rules and safety guidelines
- Help with daily office and front desk tasks
Requirements:
- Customer service or front desk experience is helpful but not required
- Friendly attitude and good communication skills
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
- Ability to handle cash and credit card payments
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stay organized and handle more than one task at a time
- Professional appearance and dependable work habits
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed
