Job DetailsWe are seeking a professional, organized, and client-focused Front Desk Clerk to join our Tampa office.
This individual serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, attorneys, and staff and plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
The ideal candidate possesses outstanding communication skills, a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and route incoming telephone calls.
Manage reception area and conference room scheduling.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and shipments.
Assist with file management, scanning, copying, and document organization.
Maintain office supplies and coordinate inventory replenishment.
Prepare meeting rooms for client meetings and internal events.
Process incoming electronic and physical documents.
Assist attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff with clerical and administrative projects.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Support office operations and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
Minimum one year of receptionist, customer service, administrative, or office support experience.
Prior law firm or professional services experience is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-service driven.
Exceptional interpersonal and client-service skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
