A busy industrial service company in the Cutoff area is currently seeking a dependable and professional Temporary Front Desk Receptionist for an approximately 2-week assignment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, multitasking, and handling a fast-paced office environment.
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday: 7:00am-4:00pm
Friday: 7:00am-12:00pm
Location: Cutoff, LA
Assignment Length: Approximately 2 weeks
Responsibilities:
• Answer and route incoming phone calls using a multi-line landline phone system
• Take customer orders and relay information accurately
• Provide professional customer service to clients and visitors
• Assist with general office support and clerical tasks
• Maintain organized communication and message records
• Support office staff with daily administrative needs as needed
