About the Role:
Picklr Bozeman is looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Front Desk Client Service representative to be the welcoming face of our facility! This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of one of the fastest-growing sports communities in Bozeman, MT, where every day brings energy, fun, and great people. Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in members and guests with a positive, professional attitude
• Manage court reservations, scheduling, and facility bookings with our PLay-by-Point POS system
• Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries about memberships and programs
• Process payments, memberships, and point-of-sale transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and pro shop
• Assist with facility events, leagues, and open play coordination as well as participate in off-site marketing events
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and care

Requirements:

• Previous client service, front desk, or pro shop sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills - sales experience a big plus
• Comfortable with basic MAC computer systems, scheduling software, excel and POS systems
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Passion for sports, recreation, or an active lifestyle is a plus
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, energetic environment
