Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Greet and welcome residents, guests, and vendors with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor
- Monitor daily “comings and goings” to maintain a safe and secure community environment
- Remain calm, composed, and effective while responding to emergencies or urgent situations
- Perform administrative duties as assigned, including answering phones, managing schedules, and maintaining records
- Ensure adherence to all COVID protocols and safety guidelines for residents, guests, and employees
- Support staff and management with day‑to‑day front desk operations as needed
