Front Desk Concierge- Full Time

Salary: $22 to $25/hourly, Paid Bi-weekly

Job Requirements

• Welcome visitors, guests, and vendors and connect them with the appropriate resident or staff member

• Receive, log, and organize incoming packages and deliveries

• Assist residents with day-to-day questions related to activities, transportation, building operations, and general services

• Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate departments

• Utilize multiple computer programs including security platforms, resident notification systems, email, and spreadsheets (training provided)

• Support the Resident Experience team

• Complete evening "closing procedures" (PM shift), including securing designated areas, sending end-of-shift reports to leadership, and tidying the concierge desk

• Communicate with the care team via walkie-talkie regarding resident requests and medication deliveries

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

• Professional communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to remain calm and responsive in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in hospitality, customer service, or senior living preferred

• Available weekends and holidays.
