- Greet each member and guest with an upbeat voice and welcoming smile while granting access to the HAC facilities
- Provide security and control to the front door of the facility
- Ensure active membership and updated photos
- Register all guests into the HAC using proper registration procedures
- Listen to members questions and concerns and provide accurate responses or guide them in the right direction as needed in person, email or by telephone
- Fold and distribute towels and other materials as needed Coordinate group exercise sign-in sheets and stamping system
- Follow proper opening and closing procedures
