About the Role

As our Concierge, youre the first face our guests see and the first impression of the Mandara experience. Youll welcome guests at the front of house, guide them through our range of services and home-care offerings, and set the tone for an exceptional spa journey - all while upholding our front-line service excellence standards.

What Were Looking For

• A warm, self-motivated professional who genuinely enjoys taking care of people
• At least 1 year of customer-facing experience, ideally answering phones in a service or retail environment
• Comfort with Point of Sale systems (Book4Time experience a plus) and everyday office equipment (phone, printer, copier)
• Solid computer and typing skills, with clear written and verbal communication
• A polished, professional presence and genuine attention to detail
• A dependable team player who brings flexibility and high personal standards to the job
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Eligible to work in the United States
