Emprime is seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-service-oriented Concierge to join our team at a luxury residential community in Parsippany, NJ.
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to residents, guests, and visitors while helping maintain a welcoming, organized, and secure environment throughout the property.
Hours
- Part-Time
- 20–30 hours per week
Responsibilities
• Greet residents, guests, vendors, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Monitor building access and maintain visitor records as required
• Receive, organize, and distribute package deliveries
• Assist residents with inquiries, service requests, and community information
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and common areas
• Coordinate with management, maintenance staff, and vendors as needed
• Observe and report any safety, security, or maintenance concerns
• Provide administrative and operational support to the property management team
• Deliver a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Previous concierge, front desk, hospitality, residential, or customer service experience preferred but not required
