 Front Desk (CONTRACT POSITION)

$20.00 per hour

The Full Employment Council, a leading nonprofit employment and training organization, is seeking to fill the position of Front Desk Staff (S). The individual will function as the primary liaison/point of contact between the Full Employment/Missouri Career Center in the resolution of customer service issues at the Missouri Career Center. Familiar with the Full employment Council services and programs. The individual will direct customers/clients to appropriate staff resources and information appropriate to resolve customers’ concerns.  

 Computer skills are essential.  You must have personal transportation, driver’s license, and auto insurance.  Must be able to pass a background check.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 
  
• 2-3 years prior customer service experience
• 
  
• Familiar with customer services techniques
• 
  
• Computer skills are essential

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLIS/ABILITIES

• Strong interpersonal, communication and phone skills 
• 
  
• Must have good listening skills
• 
  
• Must be able to manage a high volume of calls
• 
  
• Ability to work under pressure and the ability to multi tasks
