Now Hiring: Front Office Coordinator – Kyle Dental Practice
We’re adding a Front Office Coordinator to our team in Kyle. This position plays a key role in delivering a smooth, welcoming experience for every patient and family that walks through our doors.
Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch).
- Friday: 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM.
About the Role:
As the first face patients see, you’ll be responsible for creating a positive and friendly check-in experience while keeping the front office running efficiently. This role goes beyond greeting patients — it’s about setting the tone for the entire visit.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and families with a professional, upbeat attitude.
- Oversee the check-in process with accuracy and efficiency.
- Help create a fun and comfortable environment, especially for children.
- Assist with general front office operations and team support as needed.

Experience & Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in dental, medical, or customer service settings is a plus.

- Ability to multitask and stay on track throughout the day,
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems,
