As a Front Office Scheduler, you would be responsible for greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, understanding dental insurance, and performing other general front office tasks. Excellent communication skills, multitasking, and the ability to master new skills are other important qualities. Having at least 1 year of dental experience is highly preferred for this position, but it is not required. Above all else, having a positive attitude, a genuine smile, and the ability to work well with other team members is a must.

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday through Friday
  • Hours vary - two late nights until 7

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of dental experience or insurance experience is preferred, but not required
  • Dental insurance knowledge is preferred
