Your Impact

As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will serve as the first point of contact for employees, customers, visitors, and business partners entering our facility. You will help create a professional and welcoming experience while ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities. Your organization, communication skills, and attention to detail will directly support Accelevation's fast-paced growth and commitment to operational excellence.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, customers, and vendors and direct them appropriately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
  • Manage visitor sign-in procedures and enforce company security protocols
  • Issue, track, and collect visitor badges in accordance with company policies
  • Assist employees with lost, damaged, or replacement badges, including badge printing and issuance
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to general inquiries professionally
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and package distribution
  • Schedule appointments and assist with calendar management
  • Perform data entry and general administrative support duties
  • Order and manage office and break room supplies, ensuring inventory remains stocked
  • Monitor shared office spaces and coordinate maintenance or cleanliness needs with vendors or facilities personnel
  • Support planning and preparation for company events and meetings
  • Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Windows-based systems
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior office or administrative experience preferred
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 45 pounds

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Employees must be able to communicate effectively and operate standard office equipment, including computers, phones, keyboards, and printers.
