Our established Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine pratice has an immediate opening for a FULL TIME Front Office Coordinator position in our Port Charlotte office. We are looking for an energetic and dependable team player with excellent communication skills to join our practice. We prefer a 1 year previous medical office experience but are willing to train. Previous Athena experience a plus!
Duties would include answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, confirming appointments, lunch coverage, checkout, collecting copays and following up on missed appointments. Computers skills are a must have for this position. Monday thru Friday, 8AM to 4:30PM with 1/2 hour lunch breaks.
This position is ideal for the person that is a self starter, works well with others, is willing to go the extra for the patient and flexible with their time and able to work in fast pace environment.
