Front Desk Coordinator – Columbia Auto Body (Raynham, MA)


Columbia Auto Body is looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our fast-paced and energetic team. This role is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a key part in delivering the high level of service we’re known for.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls
  • Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle faxing, scanning, and general office tasks
  • Greet customers and assist with check-in/check-out processes
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive experience
  • Coordinate communication between customers, staff, and insurance companies
  • Support daily front office operations as needed

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable with basic office technology (phones, email, scanning, etc.)
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus
