Front Desk Coordinator (Part-Time) 

Smile Prosthetics | Bozeman, MT 

 

About the Role 

Smile Prosthetics is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a patient-centered environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service from the first phone call to the final checkout. We hope to grow this role from part-time to full-time in the future.

 

Position Details 

Schedule: Approximately 27 hours per week or less (Monday - Wednesday, 8:00 AM -  5:00 PM) 

Compensation: $23 - $25 per hour (non-exempt, hourly; eligible for overtime) 

Location: 115 W Kagy Blvd., Suite E, Bozeman, MT 

Reports To: Owner 

 

Key Responsibilities 

- Greet and welcome patients, vendors, and guests 

- Answer phones and respond to emails professionally 

- Assist patients with paperwork and appointment scheduling 

- Coordinate with dental offices and insurance providers 

- Collect payments and maintain patient records 

- Open and close the office and maintain cleanliness 

- Order and stock office supplies 

- Support daily practice operations 

 

Qualifications 

- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred) 

- Minimum 2 years customer service experience 

- Strong communication and organizational skills 

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Docs 

- Proficiency with EMR systems (such as Open Dental) preferred 

 

Physical Requirements 

Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, bend, and lift up to 20 pounds frequently.
