Working with clients to process insurance claims.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in any customer service preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
Willing to obtain P&C license within 30 days of employment
