Bossen Group, Inc. is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative for our Coppell, TX location.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented team member to support customer service and daily operational coordination in a fast-paced wholesale/distribution environment.
Responsibilities
Handle customer calls, emails, and inquiries
Support order processing and customer account coordination
Coordinate with warehouse, sales, logistics, and accounting teams
Maintain customer records and operational documentation
Provide professional customer support
Product promotion
Misc. admin tasks
Qualifications
1–3 years of customer service or administrative experience preferred
Experience in wholesale, foodservice, beverage, logistics, or distribution is a plus
Recent graduates (3 years) in Business, Economics, Hospitality, Supply Chain, or related fields are encouraged to apply
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
ERP/order entry experience is a plus
Additional Information
Bilingual skills are highly preferred (Vietnamese, Mandarin, Spanish, etc.)
