Front Desk/Customer Service Coordinator

GBT Foods, Inc. is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative for our Houston, TX location.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented team member to support customer service and daily operational coordination in a fast-paced wholesale/distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls, emails, and inquiries
• Support order processing and customer account coordination
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales, logistics, and accounting teams
• Maintain customer records and operational documentation
• Provide professional customer support
• Misc. admin tasks

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service or administrative experience preferred
• Experience in wholesale, foodservice, beverage, logistics, or distribution is a plus
• Recent graduates (3 years) in Business, Economics, Hospitality, Supply Chain, or related fields are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• ERP/order entry experience is a plus

• Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
  (Vietnamese, Mandarin, Spanish, etc.)
