Front Desk Customer Service

About the Role:

Meineke - 511 in Hawthorne, NJ is looking for a friendly and motivated Front Desk Customer Service Representative to be the face of our shop! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a trusted automotive service brand where you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience every visit.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and manage front desk operations in a fast-paced auto service environment
• Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage the service queue
• Communicate vehicle service recommendations and estimates clearly to customers
• Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate customer records
• Coordinate with technicians to provide accurate service updates and turnaround times
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and care
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and waiting area

Requirements:

• Previous customer service, front desk, or receptionist experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy shop environment
• Basic computer proficiency for scheduling and point-of-sale systems
• Positive, professional attitude with a customer-first mindset
• Automotive knowledge or interest is a plus, but not required

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
