About Tricks Granite Bay

Tricks Granite Bay is a high-energy gymnastics and dance facility serving children from walking age through teens. Our programs focus on developing the whole child through movement, positive coaching, and an encouraging environment where kids can safely take risks, build strength, and celebrate their wins.

Our team members are positive role models who help create a fun, structured, and welcoming atmosphere for every child who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do

As a member of our team, responsibilities may include:

• Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality to students, families, and guests
• Create a welcoming, positive, and professional environment for everyone who enters our facility
• Support daily operations with consistency, organization, and attention to detail
• Assist customers with questions, scheduling, enrollment, and general program information
• Build positive relationships with students, families, and fellow team members
• Maintain high standards of communication, professionalism, and reliability
• Help ensure a safe, clean, and engaging environment for all participants
• Support programs, events, and special activities as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members across departments to create a seamless customer experience
• Follow established procedures while contributing ideas for continuous improvement
• Model and uphold TRICKS Core Values in all interactions
• Bring enthusiasm, energy, and a positive attitude to every shift
• Be willing to learn, grow, and support the evolving needs of the business
• Perform additional duties related to the role as assigned

Experience in customer service is a plus but not required.

Entry-Level Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age (or age required for position)
• No prior experience required; training provided for the right candidate
• Passion for working with children and/or serving families in a positive, energetic environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Friendly, welcoming, and customer-service oriented attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow within the role
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Basic organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain a safe, professional, and positive environment
• Comfortable being active, engaged, and on your feet for portions of a shift
• Flexibility to work evenings and/or weekends as needed
