Front Desk & Customer Support Coordinator

We're hiring a Front Desk & Customer Support Coordinator to serve as a central support hub across departments — handling front-desk reception, order processing, and customer communications in a fast-paced, varied role.
Provide welcoming, organized front-desk and reception support
Support showroom/store operations and daily workflow
Enter and maintain accurate customer order records
Assist with returns, exchanges, and issue resolution
Handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently
Learn internal platforms and service workflows quickly
Provide flexible backup support across departments
Maintain proactive communication with customers and teams
Support additional administrative and operational tasks
Prior customer service, admin, or retail experience preferred
Strong verbal, written, phone, and email communication
English fluency required; Spanish a plus
Detail-oriented with strong time management
Positive attitude in a fast-paced setting
Team-oriented and reliable
Comfortable learning new systems quickly
