Now hiring for a luxury beachside condominium in Boca Raton.
Immediate openings on morning and afternoon shifts. Part time and future full time when available.
Paid training is provided.
This is in-house style doorman/security so licensing is not required.
Applicants with security licenses and/or verifiable security experience
is a plus. Flexibility as we fine tune and streamline our schedule is also a plus.
Current shift times are:
Day shift 6:30a to 2:30p Afternoon 2:30p to 10:30p and Overnight shift 10:30p to 6:30a Monday through Sunday. Weekends a must.

Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
• Access Control - Your primary function is the safety & security of this building & its occupants. You do that by maintaining control of who enters. When visitors arrive, whether they are contractors or
guests, you confirm their destination & get owner permission to grant access before sending them up.
• Customer Service - As the first point of contact for those visiting the property it’s imperative that you treat everyone with courtesy & respect and be friendly & helpful.
• Communication - You must be able to speak and write effectively
in English. Secondary language skills are always a plus. Basic
computer skills & proper phone etiquette is also necessary.
• Record Keeping - You must be able to keep accurate & legible logs
of resident arrivals/departures, guest & contractor sign ins, key
logs, incident reports, etc.
• Enforcement - Follow & enforce building regulations, policies &
procedures. Everyone needs to be on the same page including
employees, owners, contractors & guests. Lead by example, inform
& educate while encouraging compliance, and report violations to
management.

This is an upscale environment. No security officer uniforms here.
Dress shirt & tie is the standard.
Yearly pay increases are carefully considered and evaluated with using the following;
employee's reliability, timeliness, performance, compliance & conduct. The feedback from residents is also utilized.
Yearly holiday bonuses are given using a similar criteria.
Yearly vacation pay is awarded in accordance with hours worked.
Holiday pay (Double Time) is received by those who work on:
• New Year's Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving
• Christmas.
