We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Front Desk Escrow Support opportunity with our client — a growing, client-focused title company committed to providing exceptional closing and escrow services throughout Texas. The organization prides itself on accuracy, professionalism, and delivering a seamless experience for clients and partners.

The Front Desk Escrow Support is responsible for below specific duties.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Enter and process new title orders and client information accurately into the system.
  • Utilize SoftPro and title-related software to input and manage order details and files.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for title and escrow documents.
  • Schedule appointments, consultations, and meetings for attorneys and staff.
  • Prepare, scan, copy, and distribute documents and correspondence.
  • Assist with client intake forms and information collection.
  • Track and update order statuses and communicate updates to the team as needed.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Title Order Entry Assistant or similar role.
  • Hands-on working knowledge of SoftPro software.
  • Understanding of title and escrow processes, documents, and terminology.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
