The Front Desk Representative is responsible for answering guest questions, properly resolving guest complaints, answering phones, filing paperwork, taking guest reservations, performing guest courtesy calls, obtaining accurate and correct guest information, andchecking hotel guests in and out of the hotel. They are responsible for ensuring that every single guest has a favorable experience at the hotel. A few of the main duties of a front desk agent are greeting guests at the front desk, answering any questions, recommending activities and restaurants to guests, and answering all phone calls promptly and with the proper Brand greeting.
Front desk shift times are as follows:
Weekend and Holiday availability is required.
