Holiday Inn Express is currently seeking a part-time Front Desk Guest Services Agents to join their team in Madison, Ohio! In this role, you will be responsible for checking in/out guests and responding to guest's requests.

Schedule:

• 3PM - 11PM shift
• Sunday through Saturday
• Weekend availability is a must
• Part time and Full time available

The right candidate will have:

• 1 year of Front Desk experience preferred
• Must have flexible availability including holidays and weekends
• Positive attitude and service-minded work ethic

Our Front Desk Guest Services Agent will:

• Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card and personal information
• Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls
• Answer guests' questions about hotel amenities, rewards programs, special requests, and any other needs
• Perform regular bookkeeping duties
• Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodation is ready
