What You’ll Do
As a Front Desk Guest Services Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting guests with a friendly attitude and assisting with check-in/check-out procedures
• Ensuring guest inquiries and requests are handled promptly and professionally
• Managing reservations, cancellations, and changes using the Hilton PEP system (training provided)
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
• Collaborating with team members across both properties to deliver seamless service

What You’ll Bring

• Outgoing personality and excellent customer service skills
• Previous experience in hotel front desk, hospitality, or restaurant service preferred
• Ability to work evening shifts and weekends
