Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Sunday – Saturday shifts vary)

As a Front Desk Guest Services Associate, you'll be the friendly face greeting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and answering guest inquiries. You'll work closely with hotel leadership to ensure every guest feels welcome and valued, supporting both properties based on operational needs.

What You'll Do
As a Front Desk Guest Services Associate, you will be responsible for:
  • Greeting guests with a professional, friendly attitude to create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Checking guests in and out efficiently while managing reservations and room assignments
  • Answering guest questions and resolving issues promptly to enhance their stay
  • Supporting hotel operations by adhering to safety procedures and guest security protocols
  • Assisting with administrative tasks and maintaining a clean, organized front desk area

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Customer Service experience, preferably in hospitality or related fields
