What You'll Do
Client Experience & Hospitality
Warmly greet clients, guests, and visitors with professionalism and confidence
Create a calm, welcoming, and engaging front-desk experience
Anticipate guest needs and respond thoughtfully
Ensure every visitor feels remembered, respected, and cared for
Front Desk & Phone Support
Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously
Route calls accurately and take clear, concise messages
Maintain a calm, professional presence even during busy moments
Office & Space Management
Schedule and prepare conference rooms for meetings
Keep the reception area polished and inviting at all times
Maintain shared spaces, kitchen, and supplies
Ensure the office environment reflects pride, order, and attention to detail
Administrative & Operational Support
Manage mail, deliveries, and office supplies
Perform light data entry, filing, and administrative tasks
Support team members with front-office needs
Assist with client-facing events or special projects

Requirements
Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, administrative, or client-facing role
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent organization and time management
Comfort using office technology and basic systems

Schedule & Pay
Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
Onsite in Minnetonka
$21-23/hour
Temp-to-Hire (permanent after contract period)
