Brunswick Beaches RV Resort is looking for dependable, friendly, and hardworking individuals to join our team! We are currently hiring for two separate positions:

  • Front Desk/Housekeeping Associate
  • Grounds Maintenance Team Member

Whether you enjoy helping guests create memorable experiences or prefer hands-on work keeping our resort looking its best, we'd love to hear from you.

Position 1: Front Desk/Housekeeping Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out
  • Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries
  • Make and manage reservations
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Provide excellent customer service and local recommendations
  • Assist with general office duties and administrative tasks
  • Help ensure guests have an enjoyable stay

Position 2: Grounds Maintenance Team Member

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the property
  • Maintain cleanliness of grounds and common areas
  • Assist with landscaping, mowing, and site upkeep
  • Address guest maintenance requests promptly
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment

Requirements

Position 1: Front Desk/Housekeeping Associate

  • Must pass background check
  • Friendly, professional attitude
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Position 2: Grounds Maintenance Team Member

  • Must pass background check
  • Must have valid driver license
  • Basic maintenance, repair, or landscaping experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality
