Seeking a Part-Time Admin Assistant to support community management tasks.
Responsibilities include responding to calls and emails within 24 hours, assisting with violation letters, communicating with homeowners, drafting and mailing letters, processing mailings, and electronically filing documents.
Other duties involve maintaining entry gate directories, handling gate access requests, managing pool tags, rotating as receptionist, preparing board meeting packets and notices, attending meetings, and taking minutes if needed.
Assist with website updates, act as emergency backup, and process invoices daily.
The ideal candidate is customer service-oriented, fluent in English, and adaptable to miscellaneous tasks and projects.
