Responsibilities:
Answer and route incoming calls; provide general company information
Greet visitors, vendors, applicants, and customers professionally
Manage incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and office supply inventory
Maintain an organized front desk, lobby, and mailroom
Assist with travel arrangements and Accounts Receivable invoicing
Provide general administrative and project support
HR Support:
Update employee data (new hires/terminations) across HRIS, ERP, and timekeeping systems
Track recruiting activity and maintain records
Assist with onboarding (orientation, paperwork, benefits enrollment)
Support employee terminations in company and benefits systems
Assist HR Manager with projects and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
2+ years of administrative, receptionist, or HR support experience
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Professional, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
Job Details:
Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 7am-5pm
Employment Type: Contract to hire
Compensation: $21-25/hr.
