Front Desk Lead

We are seeking a proactive Front Desk Lead to drive sales, support our team, and anchor our guest experience.

• Part-time (15–20 hours/week)
• Evening shifts (Tue–Thu) and/or alternate Saturdays
• $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

The Role

As the face of our salon, you will balance high-end guest relations with seamless daily operations. If you are organized, love a fast-paced environment, and have a knack for client hospitality, you will thrive here.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Relations: Provide 5-star customer service, manage guest check-ins/outs, and handle inquiries with warmth and professionalism.
• Operations: Coordinate guest reservations, manage multi-line phones, and optimize the daily stylist calendar.
• Sales: Process transactions accurately, drive retail sales, and confidently recommend premium salon products.
• Salon Visuals: Assist with social media engagement, retail merchandising, and keeping the reception area pristine.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience (salon, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred).
• Exceptional communication skills, a welcoming presence, and professional phone etiquette.
• Strong multitasking abilities and sharp attention to detail.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital calendar management.
• Ability to work evening shifts and/or alternate Saturdays.
