Our D.O.F.I. team is often the first and last interaction a patient has with us, so this role is an important part of both the patient experience and the day-to-day flow of the clinic.If you enjoy working with people, can juggle multiple priorities, and stay calm in a busy environment, this could be a great fit for you.What You'll Be DoingAs a D.O.F.I., you'll help keep the front office running smoothly while making sure patients feel welcomed and taken care of. Responsibilities include:Greeting and checking in patientsVerifying patient information and insuranceAnswering phones and assisting patients with questionsCollecting payments and maintaining accurate payment recordsScanning and maintaining patient documentationKeeping forms and front office supplies stocked and organizedAddressing patient concerns in a professional and timely mannerProtecting patient confidentiality and following HIPAA requirementsCommunicating effectively with patients, Providers, and other clinic team membersCross-training and stepping in to help wherever neededAt HealthCARE Express, flexibility and teamwork are important. Everyone plays a part in keeping the clinic moving and providing a great experience for our patients.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
